My creative journey started somewhere between design, photography and film – and has gradually grown into a deeper search for what I want to contribute, and in what form.
The past six year my main focus was video editing, production and sometimes directing. But in the last two years, many new seeds are being planted in soil where once a strong fire burned for filmmaking - a fire that was eventually dampened quite a bit, leaving behind fertile ground where something new can now grow. Moving more into the direction of documentary work, intuitive art creating and equally feelings of curiosity towards intentional and sustainable interior design.
I find myself in a period of transition with openness, trust and increasingly in tune with what feels right. Creating visual images, working with my hands and writing poetry is a very important form of (self)expression for me. I enjoy working with natural light, and I pay attention to small details – a reflection, a certain light falling just right, something that quietly makes a moment more meaningful.
